I had to return an order and was a bit nervous at first, especially when the refund didn’t show up right away. I reached out to customer service and they did get back to me, and everything was sorted in the end. It took a few days longer than I expected, but it was fair enough. A friend had recommended them to me, and overall I’d say the experience was still okay.

I ordered this in a bit of a rush and the perfume seems real to me. The box looked fine, nothing really off about it. The only thing is the scent seemed to fade quicker than my old bottle, so I’m not sure if it’s just a batch difference or what. It’s okay, but I was kind of hoping it would last longer.

The account itself works fine, but updating my details was more of a hassle than it needed to be. It feels like a basic thing that should be easy for any customer to handle without jumping through hoops.

I don’t really get why people make such a big deal about some shopping sites being tricky, because this one was really straightforward for me. My order came on time, so that part was fine. But the packaging, was not very good. The perfume box had one corner all squashed, and inside the parcel there was barely any padding. Luckily the bottle itself was okay, but for something fragile it didn’t feel packed very safe. Not the worst experience, but from Perfumes Club I was expecting better, I guess...

I’ve found some perfumes here for less than what I’d pay in regular shops, which is nice. But it’s kind of hit or miss because a few were actually cheaper on other sites. Definitely worth checking, just don’t assume it’s always the best deal...

The codes look like they should be great, but for some reason they never seem to apply correctly at checkout. Maybe I’m missing something, but I’m sure I tried them the right way and they still didn’t work...
